Why you should use jojoba oil for Your hair

     Jojoba oil can be used for alot of things relating to the body because it's chemical make up is similar to that of the natural oils produced by our body. Some of it's uses include: makeup remover, facial cleanser, body massage, scalp treatment, lip treatment, conditioner and moisturizer.

Where is Jojoba oil gotten from?

   
 It is gotten from the nuts produced by the jojoba plant, known as simmondsia chinensis.

    This is an oil you should add to your organic oils if you want to grow your hair. It has no side effects and lasts very long in the shelf. 

    You should note that not everything that works for someone else will work for you. If jojoba is not for you, you will know because your hair will feel greasy, dry and abit crunchy to the touch, becareful though as this ccrunchy feeling and dryness could be caused by your other hair care products.

Benefits of jojoba oil

1. Have similar molecular structure to the sebum. The sebum is the natural oil produced by the skin for mositurizing. Because of the similarity, the normal working process of the body is not altered, but enhanced. 

2. Rich in vitamins. It is rich in vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, and E.

3. Moisturizer. Many oils except the coconut oil work only as a sealant. Jojoba oil will hydrate the hair from the hair shaft.

4. Rich in monounsaturated fatty acid. It therefore penetrates the hair shaft easily,  therefore, strengthens the hair from within.

5. Conditioner. When used as a conditioner, jojoba oil will restore strengthen and elasticity.

6. Has anti-bacterial properties. It therefore can remove dandruff from dandruff  filled scalp.

7. Gives thickness to thin hair.

     Shampoo when used will strip off your natual oil, so you  can mix jojoba oil with your shampoo or conditioner. Experiment with both and see what works best for you.

    You can also use it by apply just a few drops to your hair. You can mix iy with other oils when applying it to the hair.
